Metamora State Bank first opened its doors in Metamora, Ohio, on July 1, 1944. Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing was established in 1983 as a small contract machine shop. Today, we have three plants located in Wauseon, Ohio, and a sales office located in Dayton, Ohio.
For over 30 years, our Plant 1 facility has been providing build-to-print tooling, prototypes, and precision machining for customers around the world. Our equipment capabilities include turning, milling, grinding, and EDM for producing punches, pins, rollers, blocks, cams, and mold details among other precision tools and die parts.
Our plant 2 facility designs and manufactures tooling and equipment for the automotive, aerospace, HVAC, hydraulics, and several other expanding and emerging industries. We specialize in supplying and supporting manufacturing companies in the fluid transfer and tube fabricating segments of industry and consumer goods worldwide. Wauseon Machine is also an exclusive Certified Servicing and Certified Vision, Level IV integrator for FANUC Robotics.
