Haas Door Company has been manufacturing top quality garage doors in Northwest Ohio since 1954. We are locally owned, and our products exhibit unsurpassed quality and workmanship. A rigid vinyl thermal break, made with recycled materials, separates each door section to eliminate metal-to-metal contact and the transfer of temperature.
Haas Door uses CFC-free polyurethane insulation to craft some of most energy-efficient doors on the market.
We have an ongoing process to gain efficiency and reduce waste, including a recycling program for scrap metal, cardboard and plastic. Raw material packaging is reused or recycled whenever possible. And we carefully select suppliers that are regional to minimize fuel consumption and cost.

Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing was established in 1983 as a small contract machine shop. Today, we have three plants located in Wauseon, Ohio, and a sales office located in Dayton, Ohio.
For over 30 years, our Plant 1 facility has been providing build-to-print tooling, prototypes, and precision machining for customers around the world. Our equipment capabilities include turning, milling, grinding, and EDM for producing punches, pins, rollers, blocks, cams, and mold details among other precision tools and die parts.
Our plant 2 facility designs and manufactures tooling and equipment for the automotive, aerospace, HVAC, hydraulics, and several other expanding and emerging industries. We specialize in supplying and supporting manufacturing companies in the fluid transfer and tube fabricating segments of industry and consumer goods worldwide. Wauseon Machine is also an exclusive Certified Servicing and Certified Vision, Level IV integrator for FANUC Robotics. GB Manufacturing Co. has been serving a multitude of industries for over a third of a century by providing the highest quality metal stamped or fabricated parts and assemblies by solving their pain points through unique and creative solutions and innovative technologies. Located in Delta, Ohio, GB Manufacturing is TS16949 and ISO14001 registered, and is a certified MBE. GB Manufacturing has experienced steady growth over the last several years. We purchased more equipment and earned more business during the down turn in the economy, and with this strategy, we are now a stronger company.
We run three shifts on five days and have opportunity for overtime.

Production Operator – operates production equipment which could be a punch press, brake press, riveter, spot welder, stencil machine, or similar. Operators may work alone or with one or more other operators on larger equipment or in a work cell. Operators are required to check his or her parts using some form of precision measuring instrument (such as calipers, micrometers, etc.) and enter production and measurement information into the computer. Work instructions are a combination of written and visual pictures/samples.
Material Handler – must be able to obtain a company forklift license and use a scanner. Material Handlers serve production with anticipating needs for raw materials, parts, and empty containers to keep the operators from waiting. They also scan material and tooling in and out of inventory and/or bin locations, load coils, and may build boxes or other activities to assist production. Material handlers will need to load and unload trucks backed in a dock or flatbeds from the side.
Maintenance Technician – needs to be familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical motors, electrical, PLCs, and repair of manufacturing equipment. Technician also performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
Tool and Die Maker (Journeyman or equivalent) – needs to be familiar with line and progressive stamping dies. Prefer experience with building dies, however, experience with repair work would be considered.
Setup/Operator (Stamping) – bolts or fastens tooling into a stamping press, may need to align coil of steel and make ram adjustments. Setup person should be able to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Our stamping presses range from 75T to 1000T, and may be manually fed or coil fed.
CNC Setup/Operator (Press Brake or Laser) – installs tooling or calls up programs. Setup person should be able to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Needs to understand bend angles, and have some previous CNC experience.
Shipping Associate/Packer – uses pick ticket to determine parts to pack. Counts or weigh counts parts into shipping containers. Generates and applies labels, bands containers to pallets. Uses computer, scanner, scales, and may become forklift certified.
